Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 August 2026 · Optio Systems Limited
These terms govern your use of info.optio-systems.com(the “site”), operated by Optio Systems Limited. By using the site or booking a call through it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Supply of our products and services is governed separately by our company Terms & Conditions, which prevail over these terms for anything we sell you.
1. Who we are
Optio Systems Limited, company no. 01442610, registered in England & Wales at Floor 1 Priory Court, Derby Road, Nottingham, England, NG9 2TA. VAT no. 309 6533 51. Contact: support@optio-systems.com · 0115 981 3700.
2. What this site is for
The site describes what our software does and lets you book an introductory call with a member of our team. It is aimed at businesses. It is not a product, a customer portal, or a place to submit confidential information.
3. Booking a call
- Booking a call is free and places you under no obligation. It creates no contract for the supply of anything.
- Please book only with details you are entitled to use, and give us accurate contact details so we can reach you.
- Bookings are handled through Calendly; you may reschedule or cancel from the confirmation email, or by emailing us.
- We may decline or cancel a booking — for example where it is plainly not a genuine enquiry.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site unlawfully, fraudulently, or to impersonate anyone;
- submit anyone else’s personal data without their knowledge, or false or misleading details;
- introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe or overload the site or the systems behind it;
- scrape, harvest, frame or systematically copy the site or its content, including for training machine-learning systems, without our written permission.
5. Our content
All content on the site — text, imagery, product screens, logos, layout and code — is owned by Optio Systems Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and database rights. You may view it, and print or download extracts for your own internal business evaluation. Any other use, including republication or commercial use, requires our prior written consent. “Optio”, “Imperium” and our logos are our trade marks.
6. Accuracy, benchmarks and claims
We take care to keep the site accurate, but it is provided for general information. Performance figures, benchmarks and customer statements describe particular sites and circumstances and are not a promise of the results you will achieve. Nothing on the site is professional, engineering, regulatory or compliance advice, and nothing on it forms part of a contract, quotation or specification unless we set it out in a signed agreement.
7. Third-party services and links
The site embeds Calendly for booking and, with your consent, the Meta pixel for advertising measurement (see the Cookie Policy). Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Links to other sites are provided for convenience only and are not an endorsement.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it, without notice, including for maintenance.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and because the site is provided free of charge for information: we exclude all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law; we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, contracts, data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site; and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the site is limited to £100. You are responsible for having your own virus protection in place.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of them or the site are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
