What we need from Optio Systems to proceed.

DNS — Point Subdomain to Our Server

Required before launch

A CNAME or A record pointing a subdomain of optio-systems.com (e.g. campaign.optio-systems.com) to our server. This keeps the landing page on your brand domain, builds trust with prospects, and makes conversion tracking accurate.

Instruct your IT contact to add the DNS record we'll specify. Takes about 5 minutes once you have access.

Calendly Connection

Required before AI calls go live

We need to connect the AI voice agent to a Calendly calendar so it can book discovery calls directly. This means creating a Calendly event type for the discovery call and sharing the booking link with us.

Set up a Calendly event type for 30-minute discovery calls and share the link. We'll handle the rest.

LinkedIn — Permission to Post

Required before launch

Campaign Manager access to the Optio Systems LinkedIn Company Page. This allows us to run Sponsored Content ads, manage targeting, and monitor campaign performance — all visible and controlled from your account.

Add Lean Growth Labs as Campaign Manager on your LinkedIn Company Page.

Credit Card for Ad Spend

Required before launch

A credit or debit card to fund LinkedIn ad spend. We'll set up billing under your LinkedIn Campaign Manager — all spend is visible to you at all times. We'll recommend a starting budget and you control the cap.

Add a payment card to LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or confirm you'd like us to invoice ad spend as a pass-through.

Campaign Strategy Approval

Required before anything goes live

Sign-off on the campaign strategy, audience targeting, and funnel structure before we begin execution. This is the plan for how we're going to market — who we're targeting, with what message, and through which channels.

Review the strategy document and confirm approval. One round of revisions included.

Campaign Materials Approval

Required before launch

Written approval of ad creatives, landing page copy, and all outward-facing materials before they go live. You'll be sent a review link with everything laid out clearly — no digging through documents.

Review and approve all materials. 48-hour turnaround requested from submission.

AI Voice Agent Sign-Off

Required before AI calls go live

The AI voice agent qualifies leads before booking them into your calendar. We need to agree the qualifying questions — what makes someone worth a discovery call versus not. The script is built around your answers.

Review and approve the qualifying criteria and call script. Key question: what does a good lead look like to you?

Google Analytics Account

Required for conversion tracking

A Google Analytics 4 property to track landing page visits, form submissions, and campaign performance. If you already have GA4 set up on optio-systems.com, we can use that. If not, we'll create a new property for the campaign.

Share access to an existing GA4 account, or confirm you'd like us to create one for the campaign.

If You Have Them

Not blockers — but they'll make it stronger.

These assets aren't required to launch but typically improve creative performance significantly.

Existing video content or product demonstration recordings — Imperium⁴ in use at a customer site.

Product screenshots from the Imperium⁴ platform — dashboard views, batch records, planning module.

Any customer testimonials or case study materials not yet shared.

Access to any previous paid campaign data (LinkedIn, Google) so we can benchmark against prior performance.

Preferred tone guidance from the Optio sales team — phrases that land well, objections that come up regularly.
